Lumina Wellness was born out of a promise — one rooted in healing, nature, and renewal. What began as a personal journey through illness evolved into a mission to help others restore balance through the intelligence of mushrooms and minerals, expanding into beard care as we solved the problem of my husband struggling to grow a beard in our dry climate.

To reconnect humans with nature’s rhythm through products that bridge science and spirit — functional mushrooms, mineral, and mindful care that heal both the body and the Earth.

Meet the founder

Hello, I’m Ulrike.
Welcome to my world of curiosity, hands in the dirt.

Since I can remember I’ve had an interest in plants, nature, energy and consequently mushrooms.

In 2018, I faced brain degeneration and tremors that led to a Parkinson’s diagnosis, followed soon after by melanoma skin cancer.

In that moment, I made a promise: if I ever healed, I would share what I learned with others. Currently in pursuit of completing my bachelors in Holistic Health Science.

Through research, intuition, and the wisdom of mushrooms, I rebuilt my health — one symptom at a time.
That journey became Lumina Wellness.

Today, we cultivate wild mushrooms, craft tinctures, and work alongside my camera shy mountain man who swings the axe behind the scenes and tests out all beard products.
