Ingredients: Ganoderma applanatum (Artist Conk), Grain alcohol, Distilled water. 

Directions: It is recommended to add a dropper full to liquid such as water, juice or tea or directly in the mouth. It is best to avoid eating or drinking anything else for about 30 minutes to allow for best absorption.
